If you’ve received your order in the last 8 days, and are unhappy for the following reasons on

  • Flowers or plant have arrived looking poor
  • Flowers have lasted fewer than 7 days
  • You have received the wrong item, or wrong size of item.

Not all my Order has Arrived Yet

The exception to this is if you have added an additional gift to your bouquet such as chocolates or a bottle of wine. If these were not in the same box as your flowers, we are sorry and would urge you to contact us so we can refund you for the missing item.

THE DELIVERY DATE IS IN THE FUTURE

For tracked orders, the day before delivery will send. We will send you link you can use to track your delivery.
