If you’ve received your order in the last 8 days, and are unhappy for the following reasons on

  • Flowers or plant have arrived looking poor
  • Flowers have lasted fewer than 7 days
  • You have received the wrong item, or wrong size of item.

The exception to this is if you have added an additional gift to your bouquet such as chocolates or a bottle of wine. If these were not in the same box as your flowers, we are sorry and would urge you to contact us so we can refund you for the missing item.

The delivery date is in the future

For tracked orders, the day before delivery we will send a link you can use to track your delivery as it makes its journey.

  • The delivery date is today
  • An email should have been sent the day before delivery with a tracking link.

In order for us to get gift items delivered on time, we run to tight deadlines and it is not always possible to make changes or stop an order from going out.

Is it before 12pm, the working day before delivery?

We will endeavor to get this changed for you.

Is it 2 working days or more before delivery?

No problem, we’ll do this for you now and let you know as soon as it’s done.
