You may return the flowers should you be unhappy with them, return on the same day of delivery for a full refund. if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 days of giving your flowers back to the delivery team, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If delivery address was in nottingham then we will collect the flowers on the same day. If the delivery took place out of Nottingham then we will collect the flowers within 1 day.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
